The UK’s finest classic car show, Concours of Elegance, returns to Hampton Court Palace for its eighth annual running between 6th and 8th September.
Descending on the gardens of Henry VIII’s former home, the event gathers a once-in-a-lifetime selection of rare or one-off vehicles from 1890s pioneers, to the latest modern hypercars.
Many of these vehicles will never have been seen in the UK before. Many of the Concours cars will also take part in a two-day driving tour in the days running up to the main Concours event. The Concours of Elegance winner is selected by the owners of the cars with each participant voting on the models on display to decide which car is considered to be the ‘Best of Show’.
Complementing the Concours of Elegance will be displays of hundreds of other fine cars, including entrants to The Trophy Club with the winner of this gaining a place at the following year’s main Concours of Elegance event.
Among the features of this year’s event are a world-first display of one of every Aston Martin Zagato ever manufactured; another centenary display will mark 100 years of Bentley with a display of the most iconic ones ever built; the most significant Ferrari ever will also be on show alongside Harry’s Garage which will bring together six of the most extraordinary Zondas.
And it’s not just about the luxury cars, some of the world’s most coveted luxury goods, including fine German timepieces of A. Lange & Söhne, Charles Heidsieck Champagne and Princess Yachts will be available for visitors throughout the weekend. An on-site restaurant by celebrated chef, Tom Aikens, will serve three-course lunches and you can enjoy al fresco picnics throughout the weekend.
We have a pair of Members tickets for the Concours of Elegance, which will give two people exclusive access into the members enclosure at the event, where there will be free champagne, among other things.
