TRAINING FOR THE THE WARGRAVE 10K RUN ON 14TH JUNE
The prize comprises of the following:
2 Winners receive 1 group PT session per week for a total of 10 weeks (training together) leading up to the Wargrave 10k run. Valued at £600
PLUS - A fitness assessment at the beginning and end of their training period
PLUS - A footbed and gait analysis at the ‘Drummond Clinic’ (Worth £60)
PLUS - Food diary and nutritional advice.
In addition to this the winners will need to commit to 3.5 hours per week of their own training outside of the gym following a comprehensive schedule of progressive running activities, which Expert Fitness Studio will provide for you. Your progression will be monitored and guidance will be given on a weekly basis. Dedication required!
