About Us
First published in 1994 our primary editorial objective was, and still is, to bring as much local information as possible to each of the nine editions we publish every month. The vehicle for this is our hugely successful Disjointed Ramblings column which is compiled from an enormous monthly postbag sent in from our readers, and which is fashioned for publication by our resident Ramblers.
Each packed monthly edition of Round&About carries articles on Medical, Financial, Health and Fitness, Eating Out, Ecology and DIY matters to name just a few. We also bring to the publics notice interesting new, existing businesses in the area to broaden knowledge and to help people make the right choice of service, product or place to go.
In addition, Round&About helps every kind of charity, providing a valuable outlet for information on their activities and fund-raising events. Our editorial approach is broadened with features focusing on all kinds of holiday, on these shores and those abroad, with particular emphasis on short breaks in northern France and important events taking place throughout the year in our vicinity
It is this abundance and diversity of well-written and presented material in a superbly designed, handy-sized magazine that ensures that recipients will, and do, read it avidly.
ROUND&about Magazine is the best medium to promote your business to all 173,000 homes in Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire.
