March 2013 - Bonus recipe

Two more recipes to give different flavours to a plain tomato sauce. If you like it hot, add lots of chilli (or less if you are feeding children) to your Amatriciana sauce to spice it up! And instead of adding chopped lemon, garlic and parsley to your prawn sauce, you could add some fresh pesto sauce made with fresh basil, pine nuts and garlic. Be adventurous and remember not to overcook your pasta and to buy Italian brands. It’s worth it!
